DzignLight Studio

Hey guys,

Update on my artistic progress of the last few weeks and job stuff.  As of this week I am working for DzignLight Studios.  Very excited about it, weekdays 3pm-11pm (I prefer the night shift).  Could only be temporary for this one project, but either way its still studio experience and a paycheck.

On the art end The Buddy System just got a major over haul and was presented today at AIA Portfolio Show by Alexander Fisher (lead programmer for the project).  It was a great success and lots of ppl were laughing and playing.  And its pretty completed now so lots of ppl were actually finishing it and beating the boss.  Was great to see all that work come to life with people playing the game.  I really look forward to working on it more and perhaps trying to publish it some day.

Graduation is this weekend (yes i finished school 2 months ago but havent "walked" yet).   Walk saturday and what not.  Should be alot of fun.

Thats all for now.  ttyl and have a good one.

50's Diner

Hey all,

The next scene that i am working on is a 50s diner Booth.  Just the booth area atm.  If it turns out nice i will move on to making the whole diner.  But the focus of this is to create Next Gen looking models and textures.  Lots of tutorials and critiques will go into these items.  I wont rest on them until they are next gen and look great. So i'm starting as i should with reference. here is my first sheet:

Update on Graduation

Hey guys

I'll be graduating from the Art Institute of Atlanta in about 7 days :D with a Bachelor in Fine Arts (Game Art and Design).  Within the coming month or so i'm hoping to get a new computer so i can continue my work at home.  I will also be looking for a job in the industry.  Hoping to find something quickly (arent we all) so that i can continue to do what i love!

If you havent seen it in a week (i updated it Tuesday) checkout my site: www.brian-beebe.com

It has my new demo reel and some new work.  Very soon it will have a couple Downloadable games that i have made (team efforts) on the "games" page.  Hope to have that up by the 24th.  So that i can show it at portfolio show.

Wish me luck and if you have any leads on jobs let me know! :D
